Do You Own A Tractor With Less Than 35 HP?

Our 50" Wicked Root Grapple is designed to go on tractors with less than 35 hp. These compact and subcompact tractors have always had lower lifting capacities due to the fact that they are smaller in frame and power. The holes in the vertical slats and the removable slats decreases the weight of our 50" Wicked Root Grapple to under 300 lbs. With that low of a weight your tractor's loader still has plenty of power left to lift a load much bigger than if you were using one of our competitor's grapples. Being our lightest grapple, it has found an excellent home with all types of compact tractors.

Construction

We build the Wicked Root Grapple out of 1/4" grade 80 high strength steel to ensure it won't bend or buckle under the stress of your tractor. We have extra gusseting compared to other manufacturers.

The 50" Wicked Root Grapple comes standard with a universal skid steer quick attach mount for easy installation and removal, but can also be made to fit John Deere mounts: H120, H130, H180, CX200, CX300, CX400 and Pin On loaders LA-230, LA-210, LA-240, LA-243, LA-364 and LA-304.

The hydraulic hoses have 1/2" ag couplers, but can be swapped for 3/8" ag couplers if needed.

30 Inch Opening

The 50" Wicked Root Grapple can open a full 30" to fit large piles of brush and limbs for transportation. This opening is more than enough for the size loads compact and subcompact tractors are designed to carry.

Removable Slats

The shorter slats in the 50" Wicked Root Grapple are removable to reduce weight or allow larger materials to fall through the slats.

Hydraulic Grappling

The Hydraulic cylinder on top of the 50" Wicked Root Grapple has a great deal of clamping force to hold in heavy loads for easier transportation. The single lid configuration reduces opening and closing time.
